·Responsible for conducting the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each Employee in meeting set standards. Provide operational support to the Chefs in meeting all department targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well protecting all assets of the hotel.
The Chef De partie will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Regency Hotel Management policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
·2 years’ experience in the similar post.
·Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution
·Fluent understanding of English
·Attention to Detail, Team Spirit, Cleanliness.
