Job Requires:

  • Handling Buffet set-up and presentation
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy
  • Coordinate and participate with his colleagues
  • Ensures to follow instructions with their superiors.
  • Support the Demi Chef and Commis I in the daily operations
  • Work according to the menu specifications
  • Control food stock and food cost in his section
  • Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in a different section of the kitchen
  • Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

The Candidate should be/have

  • Hotel Management graduate or High school graduate.
  •  1-year experience in a similar role or related professional area.
  •  Good communication skills, positive attitude and excellent grooming standard
