Every record passes through a 3-stage verification process before listing.
Stage 1 — Documentation
Placement records are compiled from available offer letters, appointment letters, joining reports, and student-provided employment documentation.
Stage 2 — Student Confirmation
Where possible, records are confirmed with the student. Professional profile links are shared only with appropriate student consent.
Stage 3 — Placement Cell Verification
The Placement Cell conducts a final review and updates verification status. Records are subject to verification and may be updated periodically.

How does IHMCS compile and verify its placement records?
Placement records are compiled by the IHMCS Placement Cell using available offer letters, appointment letters, joining reports, and student-provided employment documentation.
What does "International Placement" mean here?
International placements are full-time roles obtained by IHMCS students in countries outside India — including Singapore, Dubai, Kuwait, Malaysia and Brazil. CTC figures reflect the annual package in INR equivalent terms.
What do the Role/Type codes JOB, IT, JT and MT mean?
JOB = Full-time employment after graduation. IT = Industrial Training (curriculum-based). JT = Job Training (stipend-based). MT = Management Trainee (structured rotational program).
Does 100% placement assistance mean 100% guaranteed placement?
No. 100% placement assistance means every student who opts for placement support receives access to interviews and job opportunities. Actual outcome depends on student performance, market conditions and individual choices.
